ADAM WOODBINE
OWNER & SAA Accredited Designer, Installer & Electrician
Adam began his career in the solar industry in 2009, gaining hands-on experience installing a variety of solar systems for both domestic and commercial properties, as well as large-scale ground-mounted systems in rural areas. Over the course of a decade working in the solar and electrical fields across the Central Coast and New South Wales, Adam earned a reputation as a trusted and highly skilled professional. This success led him to take the next step and open his own business, driven by a desire to elevate the standards of the solar industry.
Passionate about delivering real value to both his customers and the environment, Adam specializes in providing tailored energy solutions that not only optimize energy consumption but also reduce electricity bills. Through his deep industry knowledge, Adam analyzes each client’s property and energy usage to craft personalized solar and battery installations, along with effective energy-saving strategies. His mission is simple: to ensure every installation delivers maximum benefit—helping customers reduce their carbon footprint while enjoying sustainable, long-term savings.
BRI WOODBINE
Operations Manager
Bri is the Operations Manager at Eco Sparky, a dedicated mother of two, and an incredibly ambitious individual who is the driving force behind the company. With a background as a Flight Attendant for QANTAS Airways, she developed exceptional communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills that she now brings to her role. As our guru of compliance and scheduling, Bri ensures everything runs smoothly by managing all business processes, regulatory tasks, and keeping us on track with timely, efficient scheduling. Her legal secretarial background also makes her a pro with paperwork and technology.
Bri’s attention to detail and commitment to excellence are vital to the business — we’d be lost without her. Outside of work, she enjoys a healthy lifestyle and the relaxed pace of the Central Coast. Passionate about renewable energy, Bri is dedicated to helping customers make meaningful strides toward a greener future."
SAM
Lead Hand - SAA Accredited Designer, Installer & Electrician
Sam has been a key member of our team for many years, and his experience in the solar industry makes him a true expert in renewable energy solutions. As Adam's right-hand man, Sam is instrumental in ensuring every solar project is completed with precision and care. He’s a problem-solver at heart, always ready to tackle new challenges and deliver top-notch results for our customers.
Beyond his technical expertise, Sam is a dedicated father who brings the same passion and commitment to his family life as he does to his work. Outside of his professional role, Sam is also a keen soccer player, staying active and enjoying the competitive spirit of the game. His positive energy and constant smile make him a joy to work with, and his upbeat attitude rubs off on everyone around him.
Whether he's installing solar panels or sharing tips with the team, Sam's dedication and enthusiasm are second to none. We’re lucky to have him on the team, and his contributions continue to power our success!
JARED
Trade Assistant
With a passion for surfing and the outdoors, Jared has been an integral part of our team for quite some time. He brings extensive experience in commercial solar and is an absolute weapon on site. His hands-on approach and enthusiasm for working with the crew make him an invaluable asset, and he's excited to continue contributing to the installation of renewable energy solutions across the Central Coast.
Currently completing his mature-aged apprenticeship, Jared is building on his already impressive skill set behind the scenes. We’re confident that, in the near future, he’ll seamlessly step into managing his own projects—where his expertise and leadership will shine.
We’re thrilled to have Jared with us and can’t wait to see all the amazing things he’ll accomplish! he’ll excel in.
LAUREN
Trade Assistant
We’re thrilled to welcome Lauren to the team as our newest Trade Assistant! With a background in nursing, Lauren brings a wealth of experience, a sharp eye for detail, and a strong sense of responsibility—all qualities that will be invaluable in her new role with us.
Lauren’s experience in nursing has given her excellent communication skills and a calm, focused approach to problem-solving, making her a great fit for the fast-paced and sometimes demanding environment in the trades industry. It gives her a solid understanding of Work Health and Safety (WHS) protocols, which means she’s always thinking ahead to ensure everyone on the team stays safe.
Outside of work, Lauren leads an active outdoor lifestyle and enjoys spending time in nature. She’s also a proud pet parent to a dog and a cat, who keep her company when she’s at home. Lauren’s warm and bubbly personality is infectious, and we’re confident she’ll continue to make a positive impact on the team. We’re lucky to have her on board and can’t wait to see her thrive in her new role!
CALUM
Apprentice
Calum is one of our passionate mature-aged electrical apprentices, who’s here to make waves in the solar industry. Calum is excited to be part of a company that’s not only shaping his future but also making a real difference for the planet. His enthusiasm for renewable energy and commitment to his craft is truly inspiring, and we’re thrilled to have him as part of our team.
Before starting his apprenticeship, Calum had a hands-on approach to life, recently rewiring his own campervan and making it completly cap[able top go off grid with solar —a project that highlights his resourcefulness and love for working with his hands. Outside of work, Calum enjoys camping, exploring the outdoors, and cooking up delicious meals around the campfire. He’s all about living an active and fulfilling lifestyle, and that same energy and drive is what he brings to his work in the solar industry.
This year is extra special for Calum, as he’s also getting married! We’re excited to support him as he embarks on this new chapter both professionally and personally.
NATHAN
Apprentice
We’re thrilled to welcome Nathan to the team as a mature-aged electrical apprentice! After a successful career in the Defence Force, Nathan is excited to make a career pivot into the solar industry. With his extensive experience as a combat engineer, Nathan has worked on countless large-scale construction and engineering projects both domestically and abroad. His background in the field has provided him with a wealth of practical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations—qualities that make him a natural fit for the challenges of the solar industry.
In addition to his engineering expertise, Nathan is a qualified mechanic, so if anything goes wrong with the EcoSparky fleet, he’s the first person we call!
Outside of work, Nathan is a proud father to a young son, and he loves spending quality time with his family and friends. Having recently settled down on the beautiful Central Coast, Nathan is looking forward to enjoying all the area has to offer while continuing to grow in his new career path.
DANIEL
Apprentice
We’re excited to introduce Daniel, one of the newest members of our team and a rising star in the solar industry! After completing his HSC last year, Daniel jumped straight into the roofing industry, where he gained valuable experience working at heights—skills that are a perfect fit for the work we do here at EcoSparky. With a solid foundation in roofing, Daniel brings a strong understanding of working from heights, making him a real asset to our team, especially when it comes to safely and efficiently handling solar installations.
Outside of work, Daniel is a passionate soccer player and a current MPL player with Berkely Vale Soccer Club. His teamwork, discipline, and competitive spirit shine both on and off the field. When he’s not on the pitch, you’ll find Daniel enjoying the outdoors, whether it’s surfing, hitting the beach, or working on his fitness at the gym.
Daniel’s positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to adapt make him a perfect fit for our team, and we’re excited to watch him grow in the solar industry. We’re confident that Daniel’s future with EcoSparky will be bright!
XAVIER
Apprentice
We’re excited to welcome Xavier to the team as one of our newest apprentices! It’s a bit of a coincidence that Xavier and Daniel, who you might already know from the team, went to school together and now play in the same soccer team. When they both found out they were applying for the same job, they were stoked to learn they’d not only be teammates on the field but also at work!
Xavier brings a fresh perspective and a lot of enthusiasm to the table. Like Daniel, he’s eager to dive into the solar industry and gain valuable hands-on experience. His positive attitude and team spirit make him a perfect fit for the EcoSparky crew.
Outside of work, Xavier is as active as they come, balancing soccer, surfing, and fitness. He loves spending time at the beach or hitting the gym to stay in shape. We’re excited to see Xavier grow in his new role, and with his energy and determination, we know he’ll do great things alongside Daniel and the rest of the team!
RYAN
Apprentice
Ryan may be a first-year apprentice, but he’s already proving to be a valuable addition to the Eco Sparky team. He’s always willing to go the extra mile to get the job done, and his strong work ethic stands out from day one. Ryan is soaking up all the knowledge and experience from his mentors, and he’s eager to follow in their footsteps as he grows in the solar industry.
Choosing a career in solar was a no-brainer for Ryan—he’s excited to expand his skillset and enjoys the variety that comes with working in this ever-evolving field. His positive, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude makes him a pleasure to work with, and he’s quickly becoming a great fit within the team.
When he’s not working, Ryan loves spending time with his mates and hitting the gym to focus on his strength and fitness. We’re thrilled to have him on the team and can’t wait to watch him grow into an expert in the solar industry!
